    Permission denied
that pretty much sums it up for ya
seriously though...do you have enough privileges set up to delete the folder ? is your user the folder owner, and have you got write permission on it (which, if i recall, is needed to delete it) ? is it completely empty (no hidden "dot" files ?

    Well...

It seems either you´re not allowed to delete folders (is that folder on your machine or on a hosted webserver ???)...or you set the permissions wrong....

I would CHMOD the file and give yourself permission to delete it. It might be configured incorrectly.

I think that is the problem. Because in orded to install IB Forums I had to CHMOD the files. But what can I chmod it to?

Try 777. Make sure the owner has permission. This may help: http://www.bruce-hamilton.com/tutorials/chmod.shtml

I beleive that the thing is hidden is that retarted WS_FTP *.log file. One of webusers uses that. And I am not sure what you mean by the "-a" argument

well, i know in *nix you can type ls -a to show all files (there might be hidden ones)... in wsftp, theres a little clear box in between the buttons on the left, if you type -a into that you'll get the same effect You could just try deleting the log file too
