possible hijack issue

Hi,

is there a way to stop a site using an ip redirect, it looks like they are somehow using my bandwidth, when i look in the stats most of the links are to this site, think it might be an ipredirect, might be a 302 direct or scraper, all i know is the site hasn't used that much bandwidth and the same refer url is plastered all over the stats

any ideas
