    IWinWeekly.Com Advertising

I'm not sure how i found the site but i did. I notices it has some good rated, but it sounds little bit to good to be true. So i am just wondering has anyone else here advertised on their site and if so was it any good?

Okay I guess I should say something more.

it all depends what your trying to sell. At our site you have 20 seconds to sell someone on what your selling or promoting or they move on. We have sites that do very well and we have sites that I can tell right away they are not going to make any sales. Take for example casinos, they think that our site is right up their ally, but the truth is the people that come to our site are people that want something for free not because they want to gamble.

Most webmasters are not fans of non targeting traffic and thatís what our site is. Iíll give you an example we have a hosting company that has been with us for a LONG time (subscription), but I would be shocked if they get sales from our site. Another subscription we have is a company sells posters and I know for a fact they do very well from our site. Hosting websites is a small market (webmasters), selling posters is not. I even bought a poster from the site and I would have never gone looking for it.

You can send me a link and Iíll tell you the truth if I think your site will do well.

Most people will tell you to try pay per click search engines like www.overture.com or www.google.com awards program. I personally have tried both and have done poorly. I would recommend figuring out what your target market is and look for professional sites to advertise on. If you think iwinweekly is one of these go for it, if your unsure.... ask.

If you do buy traffic be sure to find out where that traffic comes from. If they canít tell you its most likely a computer or a bunch of people from other countries that canít read english. I will say that our visitors are for real and are NOT artificially generated.

On a side note I DID NOT START THIS THREAD..... I SWEAR, i know thats what your all thinking

    good information

Well I am glad you extrapolated on your site. You responded to a discussion I had about purchasing traffic and the difficulty with my stats. I was curious then about your site, but hadn't taken the time yet to email.

Ouch.... Thats a tough one, a Hot or not website!

Well iwinweekly.com is for 18 and over people, so its not really a young crowd. The only good thing would be that the people that play our game spend a lot of time on the net and might be interested in your site. But to be honest, when I think of people that would go to your site on a regular basis, I think of really young people.

This kind of site would be hard to market. Anyone else could chime in, but I would think your target market is high school and younger kids.
