joomla site getting problem

I have upload my joomla site twice on my hosting server at
http://www.crazydomains.com.au/login/email_login.html

But when I access site with ip address it is showing error, url :

http://203.170.82.97/~chiropra/

but when I upload additional file on same root getting records from database, it is running :

http://203.170.82.97/~chiropra/test.php

Please help me.

require_once sends warning when it doesn't find the files.I think there must be some file missing while uploads or path problem in configs.

Please check if there is wrong configurations in configuration.php in root folder.
