Advice for SEO HTML ---Looking for quick Replies..

Hi I am coding html for a website. And the website for UK I need to create HTML Meta Tags for counties ((United Kingdom) a region created by territorial division for the purpose of local government).

Do you know how to code Meta information using counties?

You can use such meta tags for local SEO optimization:

    meta name="zipcode" content="64105,64113,64112,64110,64106,66207,66208,66210
    meta name="city" content="Kansas City"
    meta name="state" content="Missouri, Kansas"

Concentrate on Title tag of the page, meta tags and description and also the H1 and H2 tags. Nothing to worry about the else part, I would suggest you to keep your content good and quality

I would not use META tag information whatsoever, it's a waste of bandwidth as none of the major search engines pay much attention to anything placed in them altogether, mainly because of the amount of spam which occurred though them. If you want to aim at the local search engines for the UK, I would register a .co.uk domain (to signify that your site is aimed at the regional audience) and spend your time providing high quality content.

I too agree that country name in meta tag will not be considered by search engine.instead of that I go with the solution by Alex.
