Guys, why can't i download a book i just purchased?
The email address and order number you submitted did not correspond with a customer who has purchased a downloadable PDF.
I'm using the correct order number which you sent me and the correct email address!
kennethjaysone, I would contact SitePoint's support email address, we aren't really able to give you much advice here as we don't have control over the payment system. Perhaps there is just a delay in activating the download, either way it's support you need to get in touch with over this issue.
Thanks Alex, i've already done that..Just to inform you that it was also solved. If i'm not mistaken, my transaction was flagged as possible fraud. Kevin Yank sorted it and i managed to download the book. Merry Christmas to you
