transfer domain

Hi guys,
I have one question.
I'm contacted to mediate in transfering domain name from one administrator contact to me.
I need to be the owner and technical contact for this domain name.
My account is at godaddy and the current administrator is at godaddy. Today I got from him authorization code and info that domain is unlocked. I dont know where to look to transfer domain name.
Anyone who have expirience with this and is willing to share ?

if you both are with GoDaddy, why not to push the domain from one account to another? I think you do not need 'transfer'.

For the domain name transfer you need to know secret word and to know secret word you need to have administrative rights.
