Can't Find Backup Utility in cPanel

I've used the backup utility before in cPanel, but this new version: 11.24.5-RELEASE

Doesn't seem to have it anywhere. Where is the backup utility?

It should be under the "files" menu.
You can also try to manually enter the url like this: your-cpanel-address/frontend/x3/backup/index.html

Please ask your host to enable this for your plan. He might have disabled this in 'feature manager' while creating the packages in WHM.

    Good luck.

It seems was availible for him and after upgrade no. Well. I agree that is kind of issue you need to work with your web hosting provider. Perhaps everything was set as default and that's why is not availible for you. Ask your host as that is really important feature

Do you have access to WHM? If so, look under Features Manager to see if backup is still enabled.
