    Database Help!

Hi all, Iv been trying for the last two weeks to create a database on Access 2000 (i Know) from my emails in Outlook. I want to make it that as soon as I recieve an email in outlook it will automatically link to access and appear in the table. I get alot of emails from work everyday so I need them all to be arranged by the time recieved. I have made little or no progress so far and am getting very frustrated, can anybody shine a bit of light on the subject?

Why not create a folder and make use of filters?

Id prefer to do it using access. Iv these instructions :
File, Get External Data, Link Tables
Then choose Outlook as the File Type
Choose Personal Folder and then navigate down to your Inbox, and
    select it.

But when I choose outlook as the file type the import window just closes. What am I doing wrong?

Looks like it might not work with Office 2000.
