hold temporary confidential info on server

    Hi,
I am developing the online game and I need to keep temporary information on server, that will be impossible to view by user. The information will be temporary available for the duration defined in session. What is the best way to keep secured info on server? Database, I am not sure as it is vulnerable, session content also can be viewed by simple php command 'session_encode'. I will appreciate for any suggestion, help, tutorials regarding the techniques of keeping secured data.

    Thanks

Well, I might not explained very well. Basically there will be ftp administrators who can and I don't want them to have any way of viewing confidential results.

You need to encrypt your data before saving it to either a session file or a database. However, if your encryption routine is in PHP and your PHP file is accessible, then others can see how you encrypt/decrypt the data. In this case, you'll need to encode your script with either Zend or IonCube.

    1. Encode your script
    2. Encrypt your data
