simply rails 2-rake -t did not work right

I put in rake -t and it said I had one pending migration and to update the
database with rake db:migrate and try again, so I put that in and it came back "an error has occured, this and all later migrations canceled" any idea?
I was ofcourse in the shovell directory when I did these things.

I don't know where you are in the book but maybe around page 129?

Maybe the migration is failing because it is trying to create a table that already exists?

Did you miss the :force => true ??

*Note* This is a temporary change to the create_stories.rb file as it will wipe out the existing stories table when a migration is performed.
