Good resources on learning Ruby?

I'm mainly a .net programmer and I'd like to get a good over view of Ruby. Does anyone have any books or sites that they would like to recommend?

I used "Why's (Poignant) Guide to Ruby" when I wasn't even sure if I wanted to learn Ruby. He won me over pretty quickly. Then I used a number of books, one of which was:

Beginning Ruby which was a great starter text.
