Rejoin file split by linux, on windows?

I'm needing to get some files out of an old webserver compressed tar backup file, but at the time of downloading it, I had to split it inorder to get it into downloadable chunks.

What's the easiest way to rejoin the file on a windows computer?

Using whatever program you split it with.

Most of the standard command line utilities for Linux can be compiled for Windows (and someone has, so you can just download the binary), or you can run them in Cygwin.
