What do you mean by 'condition'? Style them?

You want your H4 to be appended on the same line as your H5?

You will need to float:left your headings and probably using padding-top to vertically align your headings with each other.

That is not a correct usage of header tags, they should not be used for text size. Thinkl of headings like books. You wouldn't put chapter title (h2) before you state the book (h1), you wouldn't put a section (h3) before you start a chapter (h2).

You can use css to alter the way an h4 looks.
