Happy Birthday, and thanks for the podcasts. They are really enjoyable. (I'm getting tired of reading... It's much nicer to kick back and listen.)

Really? For me it's the opposite. I get tired from hearing. I find reading much easier (I do wear glasses) and a tiny albeit significant difference; I remember some of the stuff that is said!
I'm also a fan of audiobooks. The only problem is that I never remember anything from them.
But that wasn't the point of this thread, so happy birthday and danke, SP, for serving my auris!

It doesn't seem like it's been a whole year since I started listening to your awesome podcast. It's always good for road trips and while working. Can't wait to see what you have coming in year two!

Thanks for the kind words, all.
We appreciate everyone who lists and subscribes.
If your favorite part is the interviews, maybe we need new hosts.Just kidding.
Also, RyanReese, I wanted to mention that we actually use the Announcements forum here to ask members of the community for questions for the people that are interviewed. Examples: Matt Mickiewicz and Mark Harbottles, Roy Rubin, Matt Mullenweg, etc. In fact, you suggested questions for both the Matt/Mark and Mullenweg interviews and some of them were used. Mullenweg actually come to the forums and answered assorted other questions, too.
Though we work to create a separation between the forums and the podcast in some way, so that people who don't visit the forums can still follow along, the podcast is a part of the greater SitePoint community, along with the forums, and as such, we feed off of each other and it's important to all of us that the forums are a part of the podcast. After all, the reason that me, Brad and Stephan are on the podcast is really because of the forums.
Thanks again,

Wow how have I not noticed this over the past...year. Wow. Thanks Raena
@iFroggy, I didn't know some questions from there were used. I actually do not listen to sitepoint podcasts too much, as time refranes me from doing so. My favorite parts are the interview but I did like this podcast.

Congratulations guys, I still remember getting up a 4:00am Saturday morning for a conference call when this was just 'an idea' -- how so much has changed.
The show has improved massively over the last 12 months. It's gone from fortnightly to weekly, you introduced an interview style show, some new theme music, and have a growing number of subscribers.
But most importantly I've seen you all grow as hosts. The dynamic you are all building is becoming really impressive and I hope you all can continue for another 12 months.
Again congrats -- and thanks for putting on such a great show.

I also have to shout out to the producer Carl. Your work behind the scenes, all in your own time, has been fantastic.
