That is pretty exciting. I'd like to mess around with it and see what can be done.
I love google's products and services but the recent article on this website about the questionable development of their new JavaScript library was disappointing. According to wikipedia, Go has been in development since 2007. I optimistically interpret this to mean that a lot of thought and work has been put into it and therefore it has a ton of potential.
