where to start with Flex

I am a php developer however i am now trying to learn Flex. Where to start with Flex. Can anyone provide me some good resource links.

Good book for a beginner: Flex 3 In Action (just google it). You can find an e-book which is cheaper.. There's also a new edition coming for Flex 4.
