Form option box that moves to another page onSelect (NETSCAPE FRIENDLY)?

I need a form field. You know, regular option button, but once an option is selected it goes to another page.

I know this can be done in JavaScript. I've done it before. But it needs to be 100% Netscape friendly and I've lost my previous code.

Can anyone help a SitePoint colleague out?

    Thanks in advance.
