These big queries are hard for me, can one advise me on how i might do this?

I know how to do it the SUPER LONG way, but not even the medium way or short way.

UPDATE users SET 
            `weapon` = 0
            , `head` = 0
            , `chest` = 0
            , `arms` = 0
            , `hands` = 0
            , `legs` = 0
            , `feet` = 0
            , `belt` = 0
            , `ring` = 0
            WHERE 
                ANY OF THE VALUES = 5

I have one rudy gave me similar to this but its for a SELECT but I cant figure out if its possible to implement in an UPDATE:

SELECT $value FROM items WHERE `id` IN
{
weapon
, head
, chest
, arms
, hands
, legs
, feet
, belt
, ring);

I didn't know that this works:

5 IN (weapon, head, chest, arms, hands, legs, feet, belt, ring)

I used to have

weapon in (1, 2, 3, 5 ..)

But anyway, thanks for the idea.
