    How to sue DreamHost

    Hi all,

I'm having a problem with DreamHost, I used their host 2 yrs, recently my acc disabled by violating their ToS; but my rewards still live; now I want to Cash out my rewards to PP, then they says that my Rewards are forfeited; but they still get more new refferals/new customers from my promo code until now, but they don't want to pay me any, just want me to work for free

Please tell me how to get back my rewards

    Thank

By violating their terms of service, you have no case - it is clearly stated in the rewards terms and conditions - and you should have read and understood that before even entering into it.

Unless you can appeal against your account being disabled, for example, you aren't going to see the rewards you 'earned'.

I am not a legal advisor or anything, so for all I know there could be something you can do. For that reason, I'll get this moved to 'business and legal issues' - the people in that forum are more qualified than me to help you.

I understand that you have indeed broken their ToS because you're not arguing that fact. Where do they get those referrals? Because I assume that you have edited any link that you may have any of your sites. If they get it from one your levels, there's little that you can do.

How to sue Dreamhost? That's easy: you get a lawyer and file suit.

If indeed you violated your contract with them, read it. There's likely a clause
where you forfeit everything you gained the moment you break any other term
    of your agreement.

    And don't read it selectively.

If you broke the Terms of Service and there is any clause that discusses the forfeiture of any and all earnings, then I'd say you're out of luck.

Your best bet is to call a lawyer and have them look into it.

    How to sue DreamHost
The easiest and cheapest way to sue them would be to file in small claims court in Los Angeles County (I believe that is where they are located) ...and then show up for the trial.
Good luck. IANAL but suspect that Dreamhost would win on the basis of your contract terms.
