I know this is a real noob queston, but I have downloaded MySQL Essential 5.0 and read the literature, but I still cannot work out how I create a database and tables - can you only do this with the DOS box?

It can be done through a PHP webpage. For me though, I've only ever used PHP MyAdmin to make databases, so I'd be the wrong guy to ask.
