It is easy , if you once go through all the links on community page.
Just click the group button below or type the word group in the search box. Wait for the page to load then you will see a button with +Create a New Group, click it. Then just follow their simply instructions. And that's it, you got yourself a new group in facebnook.

Just go to facbook by logging in and search for any thing you will get some results and at right side below you can find a link create group just clicking on that and follow instruction also you can create page by clicking on link create you business page at the left hand side below you profile info.Originally Posted by noblcha
