Am looking into the first one but for $220 something can't be right!

It says "non-exclusive" costs $220. Exclusive costs $3,200.00. Quite the difference.

Does anyone have any experience with these or have got templates in the past?

I like the design so am set with that or are there more negatives then I won't have a unique website?

Whether or not you should have a unique, custom-tailored design depends entirely on what you're aiming to do.

The range of templates is similar to what's available on templatemonster, they might be resellers in which case you may be able to get it slightly cheaper on the original site.

I bought a template from them with the intention of hiring a flash designer to edit the template for me...I got the template no problem but still have yet to either find someone who can edit it for me or get software that will enable me to do it myself.

Yeah that's what am doing..

I have found a guy that can edit it to make it "unique" just have to figure out what i want now...
