What is the best help system you’ve seen on a website?

I'm trying to find example sites that have really good online help systems. I'd like to see a site that has good FAQs, Getting Started guide, a searchable knowledge base, searchable articles or topic based wiki, video and textual walktroughs, and user contributed support.

So if any sites come to mind that you've found the help to be actually helpful, I'd love to know about it.

Sticky section of related forums. In brief, most resources packed together, quick overview of related topics made sticky posts most useful.

I personally love the "live search" function that the knowledge base on mediatemple uses...
