    Add/Edit/Delete/View Database

Does anyone know a great resource or code resource that will teach you how to update a MySQL database? We want to build a CMS that will do the following with the results:

1: Display a table with all of the results and a button to edit a particular record and a button to delete a particular button.

2: A link to add a record into the database.

3: A function that will create a form to edit a database entry.

4: The button that will delete a record.

    Any help would be great.

Normally, if you are building a cms, you write your own code to do this, in PHP usually.
HOW you code it is a matter of personal choice, but it involves creating forms and writing code for the action part of the form (as a separate file).

Do you know any good resources that provide a good starting point to do this? I would think this has to be a common thing.
