IE8 Popup Blocker Blocking Select Menu?!

I have a simple select menu, nothing fancy, just plain HTML. But when I try to select something from it in IE it doesn't let me, it throws me a popup warning message instead...

Is it just me? Cause I can't find anyone else talking about this...

Any clues to what might be causing it or how to resolve it are very welcome.

Nevermind, it works now. I reinstalled IE8. I think the problem was installing ie7 standalone and multipleIEs after IE8.
