Highlight text box in red if required field...

Hey,

Im not sure if this is a CSS or PHP issue..

Take a look at the following page:-

At the moment if you click on a text box it is given a green border. I quite like this. But lets say i wanted to full validate the form and include certain required fields..

What i want to do is when a required field is left blank the text box is given a border of red..

How can i do this?
