Yes you can use twitter and facebook to drive traffic to your adsense monetized blog without invoking a google ban

However getting traffic from either ntworking site requires some skill.

For facebook I add my blog feed to my facebook profile. That one thing alone has got me some traffic. Read Add blog feed to facebook profile. It'll tell you how to do this

Agreed; I haven't heard any reports of Google having a problem with Twitter traffic. Quite the opposite, in fact.

But the key here again is content. If what you create is important, unique, and interesting ... and legal ... there is literally no way that Google will miss this, and very unlikely they will ban it.

you can see the updates on the public timeline (unless you protect your tweets), but your followers will see them on the home page.

They also show up in search results -- if you are writing on a topic where people are searching, that's where you can get the real lift. That has been my experience anyway.

My blog is on a relatively narrow topic -- cloud computing -- and I have gained a number of followers who find me when they are doing twitter searches.

Take the time to find people in your niche who have twitter. Start following them and commit to adding meaningful tweets 3-5 times a day. That should help build followers and allow you to drop in a url to your blog posts every once and a while. Google Adsense will not banned you unless you violate their rules. Have you understand the rules of adsense? BTW you can use twitter and facebook to gain your traffic. But it depends on how you gonna handle it. And having a good traffic will lead to a big chance that they might visit your adsense.

Yahoo answer is one of the most handy traffic building way. Everyday millions of users are using yahoo answer to get the optimized answers for specific questions, yahoo answer gets 1% traffic of total yahoo community, that's really big one. Twitter and Facebook are really good source of traffic but should try to capture the area which you want to visit your blog or site, if someone comes on your blog/site he/she will just bounce off, so join communities of the same interest in facebook as well as twitter, you can use some automated sites for twitter like Twuffer dot com which automatically send your pretyped tweets on the time specified by you, except that you can also use yahoo answers and yedda dot com to drive traffic to your blog and RSS feed submission will also help you a lot.
