Need advices!

Hello!

I have started Flash banner exchange with some original features and support of Flash banners. So I need to reach webmasters so they will join. Have any one of you even promoted banner exchange? Can you give me some links to the Webmaster Resources and Tools Web sites? Those that will be interested in listing us.

Uf... That complicated, ah? How about some advices on how to get more members to join since its free (well, most banner exchanges are free but most don't have even close the number of features we provide). The only problem - they have members and we don't (yet)?

Ok, the reviews are there. As a web designer, I was pretty strict to those sites (as I am to my work))

Now, will anybody give me some advises on attracting members to pretty unique banner exchange?

Also there are tons of free webmaster tools sites, I would recommend putting this on as many as you can find.
