Form Processing Script

Is it possible to have a form that sends and email to both the form filler and the site administrator or email on file, and also takes the inputted information and submits that to a PayPal form page?

Basically I am setting up a membership area for people to pay yearly dues.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Process $_POST data and then mail as needed. I'm not sure how Paypal wants you to send data but you may also find cURL helpful in this case.

I probably should have mentioned I am new to PHP programming. I've got a few mail scripts running, but nothing complex.

The reason for the PayPal is so members can fill out the form, have that information be emailed to the membership director, and then after hitting submit the user is taken to the PayPal form to pay membership.

It's never too early to get your feet wet. The links I sent should have plenty of discussion about their usage. They are very straightforward.

When you submit a form with method="post" to process.php, you will get $_POST array on process.php


Add:

<?php
print_r($_POST);
?>

to process.php and it will display all of the items in the array.

the mail function is very straightforward and the only trouble you would run into would be related to server capabilities.
