    Diagram Software

Is anybody using a free diagram software that they would recommend?
I am looking for something that runs on win32, sort of like that visual studio thingie but it has to be free. I need for better organizing my projects.
    Thanks

http://www.lovelycharts.com/ is pretty good too if you don't mind a hosted/online solution.

Dia is excellent and I can highly recommend it, though I found this really cute (and tiny) portable application I thought I would just mention, it's been around for years but it's very small and does a pretty good job... There's lots of good free diagramatic products if you go to somewhere like download.com
