Hi, I would like to know which are the best free blog services in terms of SEO? I mean which will get crawled quickly and also will get better position on search engines.

Blogger and wordpress are best blog services. They will provide you free subdomains and readymade template. These are also search engine friendly. You can add several widgets.
But u can use google adsense on blogger which is not possible in wordpress free blogs.
