Which CMS solution does not ignore semantic mark up?

Ive been flirting with the idea of using a CMS system to make it possible for clients to edit there own site but I see a big problem with CMS.

Is it not the case that the big trade off is that semantic mark up is ignored for the benefit of pages that can be editted easily.

When I say semantic mark up I mean this stuff..

If there is a CMS system that does follow SEO best practice with code please let me know what it is :-)

WordPress is pretty good for semantic mark-up - depending on the template you use (or whether you build it yourself). Some plugins are better than others but usually they're not too hard to "fix" if they've got some awful mark-up.
