How Did He Get or Make This Video Player?

Anyone know of a video player template service where you can buy like 50 players and throw your video into the one you like best?

I'm particularly interested in this one I just saw this morning by perry where the off button does not display until a mouse over occurs. Then it fades out after you mouse out.

Is this some reeeeally fancy flash custom job or is it a common setup? Or can I just buy it somewhere?

ha, sometimes the simple things i forget to try. thanks....and that looks like a pretty good little video player process too. I'll give it a whirl.
