Annoying thing about Win2000

OK, this has been bugging me for a while, and there doesn't appear to be a more suitable forum for this.

Win2000 - click on a shortcut held in links, docked at the bottom on the taskbar - instead of opening web page maximised, instead it opens minimised, flashes at you annoyingly and you have to then click on it to maximse. Just open it first time!

I assume you are talking about quick launch. If so just rignt click the IE shortcut and select properties. In the Run: dropdown select Normal Window or Maximised whechever you prefer. That should do the trick
