Affiliate programs of music stores

Does anyone have any experiences with the affiliate programs of CDNow, Amazon, Eil or any other that sells music? What is your recommendation as for their offers, services or any other positive attribute ?

i had one with amazon once , you put loads of links on your front page , never get any purchases , thats on hits of around 10000 a month. things like valueclick work better i think 10p a click
