[winXP] assign USB device to E:/ instead of G:/
Hi,
My external harddrive used to be located in E:/
It is now recognized in G:/
I'd like to tell the computer that it's in E:/, not in G:/, but I can't find how to do this. Can anyone shed some light on this matter?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
-jj.

control panel > administrative tools > computer management
Expand "storage" and click "disk management"
Right click on the drive icon > change drive letter and paths
click the "change" button
(Note: if a drive letter is already in use, it will not show up on the list)
