Other options to NoteTab

Recently I have been watching some video tutorials online and have noticed the Mac version of the text editor and now I am very jealous!

Is there a PC version of this tool?

It seemed to be a much smarter version of the product I am currently using.

It fills in text for you... it automatically adds } end tags and it looked very useful.

I hope you guys can point me in the right direction because I really cannot afford to go out and buy a new computer for this one program...

Not familiar with the software, I use Microsoft's Visual Studio for this, but it seems like there is a windows version: http://www.notetab.com/overview.php
