    MySQL and Excel

    Hi everyone;

    In the old db access I use this query for insert values in the file excel:

    Code:
    INSERT INTO [SHEET$] (A, B, C) VALUES (1, 2, 3)
    In the new db mysql this query not working... why?

    because mysql does not use square brackets to delimit problematic table/column names
    Code:
    INSERT INTO `SHEET$` (A, B, C) VALUES (1, 2, 3)
