I tried kickboxing when I was in college. It was fun and I enjoyed it..if my schedule won't conflict on the class I might take it again. Good for losing some pounds too

"Like" as in watch it like sport on TV or learning it? I think it's an interesting martial art. But I don't like watching it on TV.

Same here. I haste seeing fighting. I know it has an art for those who love kickboxing. But definitely, I don't want to see someone hurting physically. But educating of kickboxing is good. Since it was a good self defense when encountering a fight situation.

Now that is Gorilla combat... you should try learning kung fu, it might be easier for human limbs

Actually the girls should like the kick boxing as they always fight with their husband at home ,so they should take training to do well.

I have never been practising kick-boxing but I am a fan of boxing and other sports. I have watched a movie about Polish "Warrior" Marek Piotrowski lately and I am very impressed.
Marek has been fighting in 90's in the USA and was a champion of the world. Unfortunately the health problems make him retired at 33 I guess.

Who knows that Vitali Klitzscho was a kickboxer too?

Well it's similar but not the same. You may fight in a clinch in Muai Tai - and in the kickboxing the fight is paused when you have clinched. There are some other differences also but I am not a specialist.

I'm a second degree blackbelt and have some experience in kickboxing. It's a good workout, and I really enjoy to watch it!
