WP plugin to customize what's shown in a post
Is there a WP plugin to customize what appears on a post? Before I go down and get my hands dirty and try to edit WPs code.
For example, there's the name of the poster, date posted, comments link, etc. I want to hide some of these.
I already found a plugin to not show show categories I've selected.

I just go into the theme editor, find the file I think I want to edit and if you take a quick look through the code you can almost always figure out what's what and remove the code you don't want.
You could also comment out the code you don't want displayed, just be sure you have a copy of the original file to revert back to if you mess something up.
