    php contact form

I'm looking for a good and safe php contact form (name, email, message etc.)with popup windows to ask for missing input. Also the input should be send to an email accout (not into database).
Sure, I can google but with popup for missing input is difficult to find and, sorry, I don't know if a script is safe or not and it sees to me that most of this scripts are not very safe.
Where can I find a 'good' and 'safe' one?

I'm not quite sure what kind of popups you're looking for. If you're looking for simple alert boxes, there's plenty of JavaScript forms out there to help you do that. If you're looking for more "Ajaxy" type forms, there's also many out there too. Check out extjs.com. In terms of being safe, no matter what kind of client side validation you do, it really depends on the server side validation (the script that processes the form post) to determine whether it's safe or not.

Mike Cherim's Secure and Accessible contact form is well worth a look. It doesn't have popups but that's probably a good thing as popups can be blocked.

The following page contains an easy to use form that supports CAPTCHA.

Mike Cherim's form is better as it uses a question rather than inaccessible CAPTCHA.

I just wrote my own- it only takes a few lines of PHP code, and a HTML form.

If you aren't savvy with PHP (I certainly am not), I'd second using Mike's form- I have a hatred of captcha, and wouldn't want to subject any of my potential clients or visitors to captcha.
