would someone mind checking the dns on my server?

i am a reseller of hsting and have been having awful server problems. apparently everything is worked out, but i am just not getting emails in! They trickle in, but it is taking forever. would someone mind checking the mx or cname or whatever on mail.tannercreative.com and tell me if there is anything they see that would cause me not to get my emails?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

I am not sure about the exact problem but under DNS management, you will need to see if the MX record exists or not. From online view - there does not seem to be a MX record!

To check that we will need access. So you are ready to share that?

    Some error noticed at: http://www.intodns.com/tannercreative.com

Looks like the A records (the GLUE) got from the parent zone check are different than the ones got from your nameservers. You have to make sure your parent server has the same NS records for your zone as you do.I detected some problems as follows:
For ns1.tannercreative.com the parent reported: ['208.70.161.4'] and your nameservers reported: ['208.70.160.7']
For ns2.tannercreative.com the parent reported: ['208.70.161.4'] and your nameservers reported: ['208.70.160.7']

Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are:
    10 mail1.finchhosting.com 208.70.160.19
Your MX record not mail.tannercreative.com as you stated above.

Same was happened with my earlier hosting company ahosting.biz but they were unable to give satisfied answer so I moved into LunarPages. It is good so far.

Sometimes movement is the best solution. Perhaps OP will find this way affordable as well
