Drop down menu

Hey,

I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a left nav where i want to be able to click on and brings down more links..

Take a look at this link:-

Now what i want is when i click OR hover over the links "Tee's, Sweats, Hoodies, Jackets"

It drops down and shows additional links below it if you know what i mean..
