Newbie Question
Hi All,
I have just got my first dedicated server, and also my first question.
I have a domain that is listed in Yahoo and has loads links to it.
One problem, they all link to different sub domains. How do i set the server so they automaticallly get re directed to the root (http://mydomain.com/index.html)
Please be gentle
Thanks

Hi Automated. Not 100% sure as to what your have requested, but there are 2 options. A simple redirect script will do it, or a "Forwarding" on your control panel will do the job also.
What servers and control panel are you running?Design R Web Solutions

if you want the main site's content to show up when you go to any subdomain, just use ServerAlias in the site's VirtualHost container (in Apache anyway):
Code:ServerName www.mydomain.com ServerAlias mydomain.com *.mydomain.com
