Does anyone here know if there is such a thing as a typical license fee for use of a (registered) trademark? In this case, unauthorized use of a trademark for which we are going to demand payment. What % of revenue generated by the unauthorized use of the trademark is fair?
Agreed, if you violate a trademark you should be held liable to 100% of the amount you cost in potential revenue. As for licensing the trademark you should determine based on the quality of the trademark, what it covers and the profitability of your business as to the sum you choose to sell the licensing to the point of
