Cache Control META Tags - Google, Other SEs

    Hi everyone,

    I have a question.

    According to this article:

"If users use the back button on their browser to navigate back on your site, chances are they won't see a new ad on reloading an old page."

Makes sense. Now, it recommends fixing the problem using the "expires" tag and "No-Cache" tags, which essentially tell Web browsers to re-load the page every time, as the content has expired.

    So my question is this:

If we were to tell search engine spiders the content in these pages have expired, and/or told browsers not to cache them, would search engine spiders care? I'm afraid that if I tell browsers not to cache the content that Google wouldn't cache pages.

Any insight would be *greatly* appreciated.

If your ad is loaded in an iframe this won't fix it anyways, what most networks do is put a random number in the adcode with each page load to stop it from caching.
