Saltire, http://www.sponsorships.net/ was just launched a week or two back acording to the what I was told so I don't think you will find anyone that has been paid yet (but don't quote me on this I may be wrong).
The good thing I can tell you is that they are an iBoost comapany ( http://www.iboost.com ) which is a reliable company. I have had dealings with them and I know someone who now works for them.
As of right now I am running no ads through affiliate networks but if I was going to they would be in the top two on my list.
