    Is there a way to import html to BV so that one can use this excellent web builder?

    It depends, what web builder are you talking about? We cannot give you advice as to how importing html unless you give us the product name.

    That program is designed specifically for processing files in HTML format so no conversion to HTML format is required for files that you already have in that format.

    What is BVP then? I am confused, I wasn't aware Dreamweaver used such an extension?

    It doesn't. The only reference I can find to such a file extension is for a different web editor called Bluevoda Website Builder.
