in the right side this is the logo
in the left menu (most of my problem in the menu)
under the logo is the main contant
under the menu this is flash and under the flash this is sidebar when i put something in the future
i have problem in all ie what can i do?
in firefox 3.5 and chrome this work
what can i do in ie and other that dosnt work fine?

First of all, drop support for all IE less then 6. They are completely dead. I spent 30 minutes debugging your page but there is so much AP and properties not supported by IE I couldn't tell if they were the culprit
Ideas-remove the Ap and try to use floats to structure your page.
Also floating and AP does nothing-AP will win out. So when you set AP remove floating..also when you AP or float, remove the display:table-cell you set. It's redundant-it does nothing.Always looking for web design/development work.

i dont understand
i ask you what is the problems of the ie give me some exmples because if i understand my problem is the positon
so what i can do if not positon?
